Shipping Policy

Packaging
Each order is packed with care in insulated thermal packaging selected to match its size. The thermal liner features bubble-wrap insulation with a metallised PET coating designed to help maintain temperature for up to 48 hours under suitable conditions. While we take every precaution to protect your order, products may arrive partially or fully defrosted depending on transit duration and handling circumstances beyond our control.

Delivery countries
We currently ship within the Netherlands only. We're focused on growing here first — join our newsletter or WhatsApp group to be the first to know when we expand to other countries.

Delivery times
1-2 business day after dispatch.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs depend on your delivery address and order weight. Orders of 6kg or more ship free. You can see the exact rate for your order at checkout.

Dispatch schedule
We pack and ship orders twice a week, in two batches:
Orders placed Monday to Wednesday are shipped Thursday.
Orders placed Thursday to Sunday are shipped the following Monday.

Important: frozen products
Our products are frozen and vacuum-sealed, and must be handled properly upon arrival. We recommend being available to receive your delivery and refrigerating or refreezing promptly. Asadazo NL cannot be held responsible for quality issues resulting from delayed collection after delivery.
