Traditional Argentinian entraña  with grilled vegetables.

3. VACÍO PARRILLERO

Slow-cooked flap meat accompanied with sweet potato puré, caramelised shallots and butter carrots.

4. CHOCOTORTA & 4. CHOCOLATE-COVERED RASPBERRIES

Argentinian chocolate cake with dulce de leche and cream cheese & Raspberries coated in layers of fine milk and dark chocolate.
