Shipping Policy

Packaging
Each order is packed with care in insulated thermal packaging selected to match its size. The thermal liner features bubble-wrap insulation with a metallised PET coating designed to help maintain temperature for up to 48 hours under suitable conditions. Products may arrive partially thawed while remaining cold. If your order arrives warm or no longer cold, do not consume it and contact us immediately.

Delivery countries
We deliver to the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. Available services depend on your delivery address, products and order weight. Weekly Lunch is a separate Amsterdam-only service; see that product page for its delivery area.

Delivery times
Delivery in the Netherlands takes 1–2 business days after dispatch. Delivery timing for Belgium and Germany depends on the selected service; check the delivery information at checkout or contact us before ordering. Transit time starts after dispatch.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs depend on your delivery address, products and order weight. Standard paid delivery rates are currently €8–€25 within the Netherlands and €30 for Belgium and Germany. Eligible Netherlands orders weighing 6–10 kg qualify for free shipping. Other free-shipping options depend on the service and order value. Weekly Lunch has a separate €15 Amsterdam delivery rate. The exact available service and final charge are shown at checkout before payment.

Dispatch schedule
Our standard dispatch days are Monday and Thursday.
For Monday dispatch, your paid order must be in our system before 09:00 on Monday (Amsterdam time). Orders received at or after 09:00 normally dispatch on Thursday.
If you need another dispatch day, place your order first and then contact us on WhatsApp at +31 6 87432108 with your order number. We will coordinate another day whenever possible.
Alternative dispatch days require confirmation. Dispatch day is not the delivery date.

Important: frozen products
Our products are frozen and vacuum-sealed. If the meat arrives partially thawed but still cold below 5 °C, refrigerate it for prompt use or refreeze it. If it arrives warm or no longer cold, do not consume it; contact us immediately with your order number, photos and delivery details.
